Hi! I’m Mayumi, a 20-something Sri Lankan (currently living in Australia) who can’t stop yapping about books I read and want to read. I’m a firm believer that there’s no such thing as “too many books” (even if my overflowing shelves disagree), won’t hesitate to defend my favourite characters with my life, and will probably convince you to read something that emotionally wrecks you – sorry, not sorry!

As someone who works in healthcare, I’m almost always stressed and sleep deprived BUT, when I manage to find time I spend it on reading (obviously), going on boba/ ice-cream runs, binging last season’s anime, annoying my 3 friends, and facetiming my dog.
